Inga Wolframm first studied politics and history before turning to equine science. She gained a doctorate in equestrian sport psychology and then worked as a senior lecturer for horses, leisure and sport. She later worked for the Koninklijke Nederlandse Hippische Sportfederatie (KNHS) and led projects on human and animal health and well-being.
